Pet Policy
We welcome well-behaved pets to join you during your stay! To help ensure the comfort of all guests and the upkeep of our property, the following pet policy applies:
Pet Fee: $175 per week or $25 per night, per pet.
Maximum Pets: 2 pets allowed.
Pet Requirements: Pets must be house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and not left unattended indoors unless crated.
Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, indoors and outdoors. Please dispose of waste in outdoor trash bins.
Damage: Any pet-related damage (chewing, scratching, accidents, excessive cleaning) will be charged to the guest’s account.
Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding unless covered with your own protective blankets. Additional laundering services will be billed to the guests account.
Courtesy: Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
This pet policy pertains to dogs only, as we do not allow cats at our properties.

Forgotten Items
Property Management of Hayward, Inc. will hold forgotten items for 30 days. If not claimed within the 30 day period they will be donated to the Salvation Army. If claimed, Property Management of Hayward, Inc. will ship to the address of the guest and the guest will pay all shipping costs as well as labor costs to retrieve and ship said item.
Miscellaneous
Campers, Tents, or Rvs are not allowed on the property.
All of our properties are individually owned, please treat them like they are your own. Any damage to the property will be billed to the guest's account.
After 10 P.M. please keep noise level down and be courteous of our neighbors.
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee plus non-refundable booking fee.
